How to sell on eBay
We suggest you visit eBay's own "Seller Information Center", where they explain in detail the process of how to sell (click here).
"Selling
Basics" on their site will walk you through a step-by-step process
showing you how to sign up, and create your first auction listing on
eBay.
eBay's educational center even has organized classes
available, and videos of instructors who will guide you through the
process of selling on their website.
Adding Our Items to eBay manually, one at a time:
- Find the item you want to sell on our website; search for it, or browse our categories.
- Click
the item's image or name to get to the item details page. You'll find
the pricing, weight and other information you'll need to enter in
eBay's "Keep It Simple" form to list the item on eBay.
Look at their "Quick Start Guide"
under "step 2: List your Item" Bear in mind that you'll sell for on
eBay needs to include what we charge you, the cost of shipping, and how
much profit you want to make. You can use eBay’s shipping calculator to
find the shipping cost.
- When the item sells on eBay, you'll
need to return to EZDropshipper, and place an order, entering your
customer's name and address as the "Ship To" address. We will charge
your credit card for the shipping costs as well as the merchandise, and
will blind drop-ship the item to your customer.
Adding EZdropshipper Photos to your auction:
The simplest way for you to get our images into your auction would be to use eBay's "copy web files uploader" as it will automatically copy our image to eBay's own image hosting server.
Please Do Not use the "Self hosting"
option, and try to enter a picture location that begins with
"http://www.ezdropshipper.com". Your picture won't appear in your
auction, as we have blocked eBay webpages from fetching pictures from
our webserver.
Note that all images and description usage
are subject to the restriction and rules as dictated by the individual
intellectual property owners (product owners).
How can I upload a file to eBay containing multiple items, instead of listing items one at a time manually?
eBay has provided a tool called TurboLister that can will accomplish that task. Click here to get to eBay's page where you can download the program. Click here for eBay's page.
We have provided a list of all our dropship products that you import into Turbo Lister, with all the prices, names, descriptions filled in for you, and the eBay category pre-selected. Right-click this link to Turbolister.csv, and save the file to your desktop.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
The prices in TurboLister.csv have been set so that
the "Start Price" is the EZDropshipper price (your cost) and the
"Reserve Price" is the MSRP of the item.You MUST change the selling
price in TurboLister to add shipping, and what you want as profit. If
you do not do this, you will be selling for FREE! |
